4.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Members who have not completed the KYC process may experience delays in processing withdrawals exceeding RM1,000.
• Winners33 reserves the right to request clarification or supporting documents before processing withdrawals that are unusual in amount or frequency.
• Bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn and will remain as betting credits only.

5.1 General Rollover Requirements

• If a football match is suspended before it begins, all bets will be voided and stakes fully refunded.
• Football matches stopped after the first 70 minutes will be considered complete for the purposes of result-based betting.
• For badminton and other sports, if a match is not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled time, all bets will be voided.
• An unannounced venue change prior to bet closure may result in the cancellation of certain bets.

6.3 In-Play Betting

• Winners33 reserves the right to suspend or close In-Play betting markets at any time without prior notice.
• Any bet accepted after the actual result is known — due to broadcast delays or system errors — will be voided.
